Refunds Policy

At Kim Sun Young, we value your satisfaction with our services. We strive to provide you with the best possible hair care experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you have concerns about the services you have received. To address these concerns, we have implemented the following refund policy:

1. Timeframe for Raising Concerns

Clients must raise concerns regarding their hair service within the first seven (7) days from the date of service. We encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to ensure a prompt resolution.

2. Assessment by the Hairdresser  

Upon receiving a concern or complaint, one of our experienced hairdressers will be assigned to assess the condition of your hair and review the specific service requests you made during your appointment. This assessment is crucial in determining the appropriate course of action.

3. Presentation to Location Manager  

If the hairdresser determines that your concern is valid and requires further action, they will present the case to the location manager. The location manager will carefully review all relevant information, including the hairdresser's assessment and your service request details.

Refund or Resolution Options

- Based on the assessment and the location manager's review, we will offer one or more of the following resolutions:    

- Full or partial refund of the service cost.    

- A complimentary follow-up appointment to address any issues.    

- A complementary service or treatment to rectify the concern.    

- Product replacement or refund, if applicable.

Important Notes

- Please keep in mind that the success of any hair service also depends on your post-service care and maintenance. Our hairdressers will provide you with guidance on maintaining your hairstyle or color.  

- Refunds or resolutions will be provided at the discretion of the location manager and in accordance with the specific circumstances of the concern.  

- Our goal is to resolve concerns to your satisfaction promptly and fairly.

- To initiate the refund process, please contact our salon directly within the first seven (7) days after your service. You can reach us via phone at 9764-2611 (Strathfield), 9264-5800 (Liverpool Street), or visit our salon in person during our business hours.
